Shipping Costs

For domestic prepaid orders, if the order value is below 3,000₹ we charge 200₹ as a delivery fee; if the order value exceeds 3,000₹ delivery is free and for cash on delivery orders, we charge 100₹ as an additional fee

In case of International orders shipping is calculated at the checkout. Its based on the volumetric weight of the product.

 

Delivery Times

All are products are handcrafted so the turn around period can be slow, though we tend to be prepared for most our orders. In this case the order is processed in 2-3 working days. Will get to you in 7 days. 

If the product has run out of stock so it may take longer, the period may go upto 15 days.

 

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

In case the product is lost by courier company its their liability, and we will send you the product again. Its only applicable if it shows lost in the Shiprocket panel. 

In case the product shows delivered and you have gotten the msg of delivered on your registered mobile no. or E-mail. We will resolve the problem if you let us know in 48 Hrs or else, according to us its delivered and we will not accept the complain of it being undelivered.

 

International Shipping Information

We ship internationally, we check the product and send. Please read all the descriptions carefully because we don't accept exchanges and returns in international orders. Customs are applicable as per original and are payable by the customer at time of delivery.
